Hyderabad: Ricky Bhui cracked a century (111 n.o., 57b, 6×4, 9×6) to fashion Simhadri Vizag Lions’ four-run win against Royals of Rayalaseema in the Andhra Premier League T20 cricket championship at the ACA International Stadium, Mangalagiri, near Vijayawada on Wednesday.
Batting first, Vizag Lions scored 190 for five in 20 overs, with Ricky Bhui in sparkling form.
In reply, Royals fell short of the target by four runs despite a fine knock by GSP Teja (62, 38b, 7×4, 1×6).
For the Lions, B Vinay Kumar and SMD Kamil picked up two wickets apiece.
