Ritesh and Aadyareddy win under-15 chess titles in Hyderabad

M Ritesh and K Aadyareddy won the boys and girls under-15 titles at the Pragathi Chess Academy All India Sub-Junior Chess Championship in Hyderabad. Winners were also declared in under-12, under-10 and under-8 categories for both boys and girls

Hyderabad: M Ritesh and K Aadyareddy won the boys and girls under-15 titles respectively in the Pragathi Chess Academy All India Sub-Junior Boys and Girls Chess Championship here on Tuesday.

Final placings:


Boys: Under-15: 1. M Ritesh, 2. Shaik Abdul Mannan, 3. Kenith Urla.

Under-12: 1. Aarush, 2. Hitesh Sai Saketh, 3. J Guru Gnaan.

Under-10: 1. Vignesh, 2. Velvendhan, 3. Shyamak Reyansh.

Under-8: 1. R Yuvan, 2. M Grahith Vivaan, 3. Advait Sharma.

Girls: Under-15: 1. K Aadyareddy, 2. Hyma Sanvitha, 3. Sai Medha Sree.

Under-12: 1. Ridhima Singh, 2. Zaara Arroshi Shaik, 3. Varnika.

Under-10: 1. ANSS Kavya, 2. Tanishi Sharma, 3. Saanvika P Reddy.

Under-8: 1. Shrivishishta, 2. Aishwarya, 3. Nainika.
