Hyderabad: The State government took up construction of 25 Integrated District Collectorate Complexes in the Sate at a cost of over Rs 1,365 crore, Roads and Buildings Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy here on Monday.
“We are spending over Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crore for construction of each complex in over 20 acres to 90 acres,” he said, replying to a question in the State Assembly. He said the construction of 12 complexes was already completed and new Collectorate buildings at Siddipet, Kamareddy, Hanamkonda and Rajanna Sircilla were inaugurated by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.

The construction of similar complexes in Nizamabad, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Jangaon, Vikarabad, Mahabubnagar, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri and Wanaparthy were also completed.
