Warangal Urban: Government Chief Whip and Warangal West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar on Saturday said Rs 30 crore was spent on developmental works in the 34th division alone since the formation of Telangana State. The State government, he said, was committed to the comprehensive development of the Warangal city.
As a part of the ongoing ‘Praja Sankshema Pragathi Yatra,’ he visited the division and enquired the residents about their problems. After unfurling the party flag in the division, he laid the foundation stones for several developmental works at Rs 1.60 crore on Saturday.

The MLA visited the Anganwadi centre and interacted with workers and pregnant women. He also unveiled the calendar of the Tejomai Mala Mahanadu organisation on the occasion. Earlier, he inaugurated an organic vegetable stall at ‘Rythu Bazar’ in Excise Colony. Corporator Jorika Ramesh, TRS leader and educationalist S Sunder Raj Yadav and others accompanied the MLA during the yatra.
