RTC bus accident at Rathifile leaves one seriously injured

A TGSRTC bus lost control at the Rathifile bus stop in Hyderabad on Thursday, causing panic among commuters. One youth sustained serious leg injuries after being struck, and was rushed to Gandhi Hospital.

Hyderabad: A tense situation prevailed at the Rathifile bus stop on Thursday after a TGSRTC bus reportedly lost control and veered towards passengers waiting at the stop, injuring one person.

As per information available, the bus suddenly came towards the commuters, triggering panic as people ran for safety. In the chaos, a young man was struck and the bus ran over his leg, leaving him with serious injuries.

Alert passengers immediately called emergency services. The injured youth was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital for treatment in an ambulance.

The Gopalapuram Police are examining the circumstances that led to the incident.
