RTC driver assaulted by passenger over bus stop dispute in Nalgonda
An RTC driver was allegedly assaulted by a passenger in Nalgonda after a dispute over a bus stop at IT Tower. The incident occurred on a Palle Velugu bus en route to Hyderabad. Police have registered a complaint and begun investigation.
Nalgonda: An RTC driver was assaulted by a passenger for not stopping the bus at IT Tower here on Sunday. The RTC driver identified as Ram Kumar lodged a complaint with police.
The Palle Velugu bus was heading to Dilsukhnagar in Hyderabad from Nalgonda. As the bus was passing the IT Tower, a passenger along with his family, argued with the RTC driver for not stopping the bus.
Later, the passenger assaulted the driver, according to reports. Following the incident, Ram Kumar lodged a complaint against the passenger, with II town police station in Nalgonda, reports added.
