Karimnagar: Sadisha Foundation, a voluntary organisation, presented prize money to six government schools which have performed the best in mathematics talent test conducted by the organisation.
Representatives of the foundation presented Rs 25,000 prize money to each school on Thursday and Friday.
A total of 170 students from 60 government schools attended the mathematics talent test organised by the foundation on July 11. Out of the 60, 23 students who scored the highest marks were provided admission in Intermediate in private junior college by bearing all expenditure including hostel facility by the foundation.
On the other hand, the six best schools were also selected based on the top marks scored by the highest number of students. ZPHS Ragampeta, ZPHS (girls) Manakondur, TSMS Elagandhal, TSMS Chigurumamidi of Karimnagar, ZPHS (girls) Sircilla, and ZPHS Amberpet of Jagtial were selected.
Foundation Director Dyava Naveen Reddy, Volunteers Muninder and Velpula Ravi visited schools and presented prize money to the management.
