Hyderabad: Hyderabad Youth Courage founder and president, Salman Khan, who recently joined the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, has intensified his campaign in the Jubilee Hills assembly constituency.
Accompanied by scores of BRS party workers, Khan on Friday night conducted a padayatra in different areas of Borabanda. He had initially established an office of the HYC in the Borabanda division and has managed to command an impressive following in the locality.
The young leader is targeting the AIMIM party and the Congress party during his election campaign and urging the people to vote for Maganti Sunitha, the BRS candidate. Khan had joined the BRS after his nomination was rejected, for which he blamed the Congress party.
Speaking to media channels, Khan targeted the AIMIM leadership for adopting double standards in the elections in Bihar and Jubilee Hills in Telangana.
He said the AIMIM was opposing the Congress in Bihar, claiming that the Congress should be wiped out of the country because it caused a lot of hardship to the minorities, while in Jubilee Hills, it was supporting the Congress party.
