Samantha reportedly turned down Rs 200 crore marriage settlement

Hyderabad: If the reports are to be believed, actor Samantha reportedly turned down a Rs 200 crore that was offered to her by Naga Chaitanya.

News doing rounds in the national media that the actor was offered a whopping Rs 200 crore by Akkineni family as part of the marriage settlement. However, the south-Indian celebrity politely declined the offer.

The celebrity couple parted ways on Saturday noon by putting up a post, “To all our well wishers. After much deliberation and thought Chay and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths . We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us. We request our fans , well wishers and the media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move on. Thanking you for your support.” 

The social media was abuzz with the news that the actor Samantha is receiving a massive sum of Rs 200 crore as alimony. The actor who is a self-made and independent woman, has apparently said to the alimony that she is supposed to get from Akkineni family.

According to reports, the actor is severely heartbroken post the announcement of parting ways with Chay. A thorough professional, the actor is trying to focus on her professional career and give some time to heal herself during this tough period.
