Hyderabad: Samsung’s new flagship smartphone Galaxy S22 Ultra Series was unveiled on Saturday, as part of an attempt to enter the Guiness Book of World Records by unboxing the smartphones on the same day and same time globally.
The smartphone was unveiled at a pre-launch event held at Hotel Tirdent in Hitech City. Jihong KIM, South Expact and Eric Youn, Senior Proffessional from Samsung headquarters in Korea, were present at the event along with Sameer Mohammed, owner of Sameer Communications and Master Telecommunications, Punjagutta.
Though the actual sale will start on March 11 in India, select customers who were part of the event got their S22 Ultra handset early, a release said.
