Sangareddy: Controversy arose after a private school refused to allow its student to enter the institution as he was donning Lord Ayyappa mala, at Sadasivapet town on Monday. Learning this, the relatives and neighbours of the student came to the school and confronted the school principal about the denial of his entry. The boy was studying Class X at Saint Mary’s PSM High School in Sadasivapet town.
The boy, who has taken up Lord Ayyappa Deeksha last Friday, came to the school on Monday, but the school management refused to allow him into the classroom in ‘Ayyappa’ dress. The headmaster sent him back home. Following the intervention of the locals and several devotees of Lord Ayyappa, the management of the school agreed to permit the student into the classroom.
