Sangareddy: During a departmental inquiry on Narayankhed Area Hospital Superindent Dr Narsing Chouhan, who was accused of misbehaving with a trainee ANM, several staff members, patients and local representatives complained that he always used to behave rudely with patients and staff.

District Coordinator of Health Services (DCHS), Dr Sangareddy, Superintendent Dr Prasanth, Senior Assistant Sathish and another member Sathaiah conducted the inquiry at Narayankhed Area Hospital on Friday. They interacted with the trainee ANM, staff, patients and local elected representatives who complained against him. They complained that he would always refer patients to private hospitals to earn a commission.

Speaking to news reporters, Dr Sangareddy said they have taken the responses of all sections of people. Based on their report, he said the higher officials will initiate action against him. The family members of the trainee ANM thrashed Dr Chouhan on Thursday after she informed them about the latter’s misbehaviour with her on Wednesday.
