Sangareddy: Two-and-a-half-year-old boy found dead in lake near Sadasivapet

A two-and-a-half-year-old boy was found dead in Enikepally lake near Sadasivapet on Saturday night, hours after he went missing from home. His parents alleged foul play, saying he could not have crossed a drainage channel alone. Police registered a case.

Sangareddy: In a shocking incident, a two and half year old boy was found dead at Enikepally lake near Sadasivapet under suspicious circumstances on Saturday night. He was Tekuri Maha Teja, son of Sangeetha and Shekhar, a government teacher by profession.
Sangeetha found the boy missing from residence on Saturday afternoon. When she could not trace him, she called her husband Shekar immediately at 5 PM. The teacher returned home. The parents and villagers launched a search and traced the boy in the lake located some 500 meters away from their residence at 8 pm on the same day night.

Since a drainage was separating the lake from the village, the parents said that it will not be possible for the boy to cross the drainage on his own. They alleged that some persons have killed their son and dumped the body in the lake. The death of the innocent boy created a sensation in the village.
