Sangareddy: Two revenue officials suspended for issuing false legal heir certificate

Yadilal submitted a false report to Pavan Kumar saying that Ahmed passed away. Based on the report, Pavan Kumar issued a legal heir certificate, following which Ahmed and his family members complained to the Collector.

Sangareddy: Collector Valluru Kranthi suspended Deputy Tahsildar BT Pavan Kumar and Revenue Inspector Yadilal on the charge of issuing a legal certificate falsely a man dead.

Pavan Kumar, now working as deputy tahsildar in Kalher, worked in Zaheerabad mandal along with Yadilal a few months ago. When a woman Bipasha approached them seeking a legal heir certificate claiming that her father-in-law, Sheik Ahmed, passed away, Kumar assigned the job to Yadilal. Yadilal submitted a false report to Pavan Kumar saying that Ahmed passed away. Based on the report, Pavan Kumar issued a legal heir certificate, following which Ahmed and his family members complained to the Collector.

After an inquiry, Kranthi placed both the officials under suspension.
