Santoshini enters record books by smashing 84 tiles in 84 seconds
Commemorating the 84th month of the formation of the Telangana State, the athlete achieved the rare feat to enter Limca Book of Records, Wonder Book of World Records, Genius Book of Records.
Hyderabad: Ghana Santoshini, a black belt in Karate, entered record books by smashing 84 tiles with her punches in 84 seconds, in the city on Monday.
Commemorating the 84th month of the formation of the Telangana State, the athlete achieved the rare feat to enter Limca Book of Records, Wonder Book of World Records, Genius Book of Records. A student of GVR Karate Academy, Santoshini performed the feat at the Tulja Bhavan in Kachiguda in the presence of Kachiguda corporator Uma Ramesh Yadav and GVR Karate Academy director GS Gopal Reddy. Master Karim, Amrutha, Viplav and Pranith Reddy were the record coordinators.
Later, Cabinet Minister G Kishan Reddy presented the Wonder Book of Records Genius Picture certificate.
