Sarath Kumar wins Rank Chess Academy Rapid title
Sarath Kumar Nanda emerged unbeaten at the Rank Chess Academy Rapid Chess Tournament in Secunderabad, scoring five out of five and winning ₹2000, ahead of Vijaya Bhaskar and S K Abdul Azeez
Hyderabad: Sarath Kumar Nanda won the Rank Chess Academy Rapid Chess Tournament at Rank Chess Academy, Secunderabad, scoring five points from five rounds.
Sarath also collected a winner’s purse of Rs 2000.
Vijaya Bhaskar with four points from five rounds and S.K. Abdul Azeez, also with four points from five rounds, finished second and third to collect a prize money of Rs 1200 and Rs 800 respectively.
