Hyderabad: The Commissioner’s Task Force (North) along with the Gopalapuram police busted a satta betting racket being run from a house at Regimental Bazaar and caught three persons on Wednesday. The police seized Rs. 30,250 cash and four mobile phones from them.
The persons who are caught are identified as Gallipalli Srikanth (22), V Vinay Kumar (28) and Shaik Moin (42) all residents of Secunderabad.
According to the police, three persons came in contact with one Amer, a native of Maharashtra and were organizing online satta betting. “They were caught while accepting satta betting amount from punters at a house in Regimental Bazaar,” said the Task Force officials.
A case is registered at the Gopalapuram police station against them.
