HYDERABAD: Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty entered the Round of 16 at the Li-Ning China Masters 2025, currently underway at the Shenzhen Arena, Shenzhen.
The Indian duo began their campaign with a straight-games win over Malaysia’s Junaidi Arif and Roy King Yap, 24-22, 21-13 in 42 minutes.
They will next face Chinese Taipei’s Chiu Hsiang Chieh and Wang Chi-Lin in the pre-quarterfinals.
Lakshya Sen and the mixed doubles pair of Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto bowed out after first-round defeats.
