Hyderabad: South Central Railway celebrated National Constitution Day on November 26. The General Manager of SCR, Gajanan Mallya, read out the preamble of the Constitution along with officers and staff at Tandur Railway station. Whereas, Arun Kumar Jain, Additional General Manager read out the same at Rail Nilayam, SCR Headquarters.
As part of the celebration, posters were displayed at Railway stations and social media platforms along with the web links to the Railways portal which contained the preamble. Citizens could also participate in the quiz on constitutional democracy, which was organized by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs (MoPA), Government of India, through this link. It also had the provision for downloading the participation certificate.
