SCR diverts trains on Secunderabad-Thiruvanantapuram route

Hyderabad: Due to doubling of track between Ettumanoor-Kottayam-Chingavanam stations, South Central Railway will be diverting two trains via a different route for the safety of passengers.

Train number 17230 (from Secunderabad to Thiruvanantapuram) scheduled on March 5, 16, 18 and 21, will be diverted via Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla, Chengannur and Mavelikara stations. The returning train, number 17229 (from Thiruvanantapuram to Secunderabad) operating on March 19 and 22 will be diverted via the same route.
