Hyderabad: To clear the extra rush of passengers during festival season, South Central Railway will run six special trains between Narsapur-Secunderabad and Hyderabad-Gorakhpur.
Accordingly, Narsapur-Secunderabad train will depart at 6 pm on November 21 and 28 and Secunderabad-Vijayawada train will depart at 10.55 pm on November 22 and 29. The Hyderabad-Gorakhpur train will leave at 9.05 pm on November 19 and Gorakhpur-Hyderabad train will depart at 8.30 am on November 21.
These special trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
Meanwhile, the railways has decided that the Mail/Express Special & Holiday Special train services, included in Working Time Table-2021, would be operated with regular numbers and with fares as applicable for the classes concerned of travel and the type of train, as per the extent guidelines.
The SCR said that in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, all regular Mail/Express trains were operated as Mail/Express Special & Holiday Special.
