SCR to run special trains to clear extra rush during Chhath Festival

SCR to run special trains to clear extra rush during Chhath Festival

Hyderabad: In order to clear extra rush during Chhath festival season, special trains are being operated between various destinations, the South Central Railway (SCR) said.

Accordingly, Train No. 06251 Yesvantpur – Muzaffarpur will depart at 7.30 pm on Monday, November 4 and arrive at 7.30 am on Wednesday, and Train No. 06252 Muzaffarpur – Yesvantpur will depart at 10.30 on Friday, November 8 and arrive at 1 pm on Sunday.


Similarly, Train No. 06249 KSR Bengaluru – Danapur will depart on 7.15 am on Saturday November 2 and arrive at 8 am on Monday. Train No. 06250 Danapur – KSR Bengaluru will depart at 6.10 pm on Tuesday, November 5 and arrive at 6.20 pm on Thursday.

The Yesvantpur – Muzaffarpur – Yesvantpur special trains will stop at Dharmavaram, Dhone, Kurnool City, Mahbubnagar, Kacheguda, Kazipet, Ramagundam, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj, Mughalsarai, Buxar, Ara, Danapur, Patliputra, Sonpur and Hajipur stations in both the directions.

Meanwhile, Bengaluru – Danapur – Bengaluru special trains will stop at Krishnarajapuram, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perumbur, Gudur, Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Prayagraj, Mughalsarai, Buxar and Ara stations in both the directions.
