Hyderabad: The Telangana State Election Commission on Saturday notified the ward members elected for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation along with their party affiliation and reservation particulars.

Elections to the offices of the ward members were held on December 1 while the results were announced on December 4 and for Neredmet, on December 9.

The names of the elected were sent to the State Election Commission by the Commissioner, GHMC, and Election Authority on January 5.

Of the 150 wards, the TRS secured the highest number of 56 seats, while the BJP won 48 seats, MIM 44 seats and the Congress two.
