Seerah Expo 2026 opens in Hyderabad with focus on Prophet Muhammad’s life
Seerah Expo 2026, showcasing the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad, opened at Chaderghat in Hyderabad. Held under the theme “The Life That Changed the World”, the sixth edition featured over 50 displays and attracted more than 5,000 visitors
Hyderabad: Adherence to the Seerah, or the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad, is the path to success for Muslims, said Muhammad Azharuddin, Ameer-e-Halqa, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Telangana.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of Seerah Expo 2026 at Grand Imperial Function Palace, Chaderghat, he said the month of Rabi Al-Awwal offered Muslims an opportunity to strengthen their bond with the Prophet and follow his exemplary character. Held under the theme “The Life That Changed the World”, the sixth edition featured more than 50 models, charts and displays depicting various aspects of the Prophet’s life and mission. More than 5,000 students, youth, women, men and children visited the expo.
The expo also featured a short film, quiz, book stalls and a food court, with Seerah and Islamic books available at a 50 per cent discount.
