St Francis College for Women, Hyderabad, is celebrating its annual fest ‘Yuvaflare’, an international virtual campus fest from October 20 to 23. The events have attracted youngsters from across the world, as it witnesses huge international registrations.
From literary business event like ‘Bizmun’ and creative event like ‘To be or not to be’, to talent event like ‘Samskruti Xpress’ and an environment-sensitive event like ‘YuvEcofreak’, some of the most innovative events have been spread across the four-day-period. SFC YouTube channel will stream the events live as scheduled.

The inaugural ceremony on October 20 was done with a small in-house gathering of teaching staff and student volunteers. The ceremony was graced by famous Telugu film director and producer, Sekhar Kammula. He was very happy witnessing stage performance on the remix of songs from his films like ‘Rama Chakkani Seeta’, ‘Vache-Vache’, ‘Tappulu tippulu’, ‘Vachinde’, and ‘Saranga dariya’. Principal Dr Sr Sandra Horta, as she declared the fest open, congratulated students for their enthusiasm in organising the events and wished luck for the participants. ‘Yuvaflare’ coordinator Dr Reena Dewan was thankful for the cumulative effort of the management, teachers, students, and technical team to organise and execute the fest.
