Hyderabad: A seminar on ‘How to Crack Civil Services in the first attempt’ was organised by 21st Century IAS Academy, Hyderabad, at JB Institute of Engineering and Technology (JBIET) here on Wednesday.
Chairman of the 21st Century IAS Academy, P Krishna Pradeep shared with the students the inspiring journey of Pamela Satpathy, present Karimnagar Collector, and highlighted how with perseverance and dedication, she overcame challenges and achieved success in the Civil Services examination.
21st Century IAS Academy chief mentor and director Bhavani Shankar debunked the myth that UPSC success is limited to students from elite institutions. He emphasised that with the right strategy, dedication, and a strong foundation in fundamental concepts — even from the Class VI curriculum — any student can clear the Civil Services examination.
JBIET principal PC Krishnamachary announced the launch of a Civil Aspirants Club to support and guide UPSC aspirants within the college. College secretary JV Krishna Rao, career guidance cell coordinator & TPO Md. Asif, ECM HoD Narsappa Reddy, Dean-Admin Himanshu Sharma, Dean-CS Venkata Krishna, faculty members, and students participated in the seminar.
