Senior police officers distribute books and blankets in Kothagudem’s tribal village

Kothagudem: Additional SP (Operations) G Narender and Paloncha DSP R Sathish Kumar advised adivasis not to cooperate with any anti-social forces or Maoists.
The officials on Tuesday visited a tribal village Mamidikunta in Mallaram gram panchayat of Paloncha mandal in the district. The Additional SP interacted with the people and assured them that the police would always support the migrant tribals.
People should live peacefully and cooperate with the police. If the adivasis approach the police about needs or difficulties they have, the police would try to address them. Similarly, the villagers should share information related to Maoists with the police, Narender said.
The officials distributed blankets to the families and study materials to the children. Paloncha Rural SI B Suresh and his staff participated in the programme.
