Separate clinic for transgender persons opened in Karimnagar
A separate clinic for the transgender persons was opened in the district headquarters hospital. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy inaugurated the Maitri Trans Clinic and Paramedical Nursing College through virtual mode from Rangareddy district on Monday.
Collector Pamela Satpathy along with other officers and transgender persons at transgender clinic opened in district headquarter hospital on Monday.

Participating in the programme here, Collector Pamela Satpathy informed that in order to provide treatment to transgender persons free of cost, the trans clinic was opened. She asked the transgender persons to utilize the facility.
District Medical and Health Officer Venkataramana, Hospital Superintendent Veera Reddy, Welfare Officer Sabitha, RMO Naveena, Sakhi Admin Laxmi participated in the programme.
