In the juniors category of 243rd Brilliant Trophy chess tournament, seven players Chethan Maale, Jayesh Chandra, Advaitha Gadipelli, M.Sivaram, Anish Devalkar, Sohansh Ladishetty and Surya Saketh shared the lead with three points out of three rounds, while Rudra Teja, Harshkumar Jaiswal and Varun Chintala are in second spot with 2.5 points out of three rounds, here at Brilliant Grammar High School, Dilsukhnagar, here on Saturday.

In the open category, five players K.Perumallu, Sricharan Tej, Kovidh Kushal Reddy, Pramodhkumar Reddy and Tarun Sai Thota are in lead with three points each out of three rounds, while N.S Sourav and Atharva are in second spot with 2.5 points out of three rounds.
