SGUTTA players dominate State-ranking table tennis tournament

SGUTTA’s Srisai Shiva Advik and Yashasree Sil won the boys’ and girls’ Under-13 titles respectively at the sixth Gujarati Seva Mandal Telangana State-ranking table tennis tournament in Hyderabad. Shubham Dey and Adhira Chetan finished runners-up in their respective finals.

Hyderabad: Srisai Shiva Advik of SGUTTA scored a 11-7, 7-11, 11-5, 11-4 wn against Shubham Dey of AVCS in the boys under-13 final while Yashasree Sil of SGUTTA notched up a 11-7, 11-6, 11-9 win against Adhira Chetan of HVA in the girls final of the sixth Gujarati Seva Mandal Telangana State-ranking table tennis tournament at GSM Indoor Hall here on Thursday.

Ms. Brindaa Sampat, Principal, Government High School, and Mr Nagender Reddy, secretary of TSTTA, gave away the prizes.
