Shalibanda police station of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate, has been ranked as the 8th best police station in India by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
Hyderabad: Shalibanda police station of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate, has been ranked as the 8th best police station in India by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
The announcement was made during the DGP/IGP Conference held at Bhubaneswar on Friday.
Telangana DGP Jitender appreciated the personnel of Shalibanda police station for achieving national recognition.
Acknowledging their dedication, the DGP remarked:
“I feel happy to inform you that today in the DGP/IGP conference; Shalibanda Police Station of Hyderabad was declared the 8th best police station in the country by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Hearty congratulations to CP Hyderabad and the team. Congratulations to all,” he wrote on his ‘X’ account.
The DGP emphasised that such recognitions are a testament to the relentless efforts, professionalism, and innovative policing practices demonstrated by the Telangana Police.
This national honor underscores the commitment of the Telangana Police to ensure public safety, effective law enforcement, and exemplary service, he said.
