The Ministry of Home Affairs ranks the police stations across the country based on various parameters. Overall performance, proper maintenance of records, courteous interaction with complainants, timely grievance redressal, cleanliness of the premises, quality of landscaping, effective CCTNS work and professionalism of staff are taken into consideration for the award.
