Shreyas gets much appreciation for his dubbing in ‘Pushpa’
Shreyas Talpade said he is happy about "Pushpa" Hindi's phenomenal run at the box office, and also said that stylish actor Allu Arjun's hard work for the role made his job easier.

Hyderabad: It’s no secret that Marathi & Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade has been recognised as the best that happened for “Pushpa” Hindi. The actor got immense appreciation for his work as the Hindi voice-dubbing artist for Allu Arjun in the movie. As the Allu Arjun-starrer film continues to receive praise and attract greater audiences in the Hindi regions and on the OTT platform, the cult following for the movie grows everyday.
And, Shreyas Talpade, who has lived the Pushpa Raj role as a voice actor and made the lead actor’s character popular to a much wider audience, accepts in all humility in his recent tweet that he is happy that the audience has accepted him, calls this the biggest compliment, also admits as a struggling actor he even faced rejection for his voice.
In his earlier tweets, Shreyas Talpade said he is happy about “Pushpa” Hindi’s phenomenal run at the box office, and also said that stylish actor Allu Arjun’s hard work for the role made his job easier. Although his voice acting role in the Hindi version made him instantly distinctive to audiences, never the one to take credit for the blockbuster success of “Pushpa”, ShreyasTalpade who beautifully presented the various facets of Allu Arjun’s character, accepts humbly he has just done his role and tried to do justice to the character.
And, in his latest tweet as the Hindi version hit the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, the Bollywood actor in words which make viewers emotional, says when he looks back at his film journey, he was rejected as a voice over artist when he was a struggling actor then, but went on to say he didn’t crumble in the face of rejection. Not just belting out rehearsed lines, Shreyas Talpade who is given a fitting recognition by the audience for giving realism to Allu Arjun’s character, says rejection is something that helped him learn, grow and build his confidence.
Extremely pronounced is his voice acting that speaks Pushpa’s mind and emotions, Shreyas Talpade hints that he pushed his own limits and put out his art form with confidence, advises budding artists that a failure at some stage of life should not be taken as a failure forever. He further advises them to keep trying, and continue with their hard work to find the right opportunities.
Perhaps, this makes his accomplishment all the more interesting. The highly emotional words of the actor at this juncture of his career come as motivation to keep going, remind oneself of the goals and make the talent work as rejection is part of the many acknowledgements that one gets in the course of work, and never to doubt one’s skills.
The icon star Allu Arjun earlier in a tweet thanked Shreyas Talpade for his artistic contribution that eventually gained wider recognition for the Hindi version of “Pushpa”, said he was very eager to meet the actor to express his thanks.
