Siddharth, Preethika win gold in Inter-District Swimming Event

Siddharth Kalia and M. Preethika won top honours in the 10th Telangana Sub-junior and Junior Inter-district Swimming Championship held at Gachibowli, with strong performances across freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke events

Hyderabad: Siddharth Kalia of Hyderabad won the boys Group I 400m freestyle event, clocking 4:43.68 in the 10th Telangana Sub-junior and Junior Inter-district Swimming Championship for boys and girls at the GMC Balayogi Stadium Aquatic Complex in Gachibowli here on Saturday.

In the Group I girls’ 400m freestyle, M. Preethika of Hyderabad clinched honours with a timing of 5:05.58.
