Siddipet: Commissioner of Police D Joel Davis has appointed a six-member special investigation team (SIT) headed by Gajwel ACP Narayana to carry out the inquiry into the cow slaughter incident reported in Siddipet on last Friday.
In a press Statement on Monday, the Commissioner said that the cow slaughtering incident was reported at Juber Poultry when they nabbed eight accused within six hours after the incident. To carry out a detailed probe into the issue and uncover the modus operandi, Davis has said that they have decided to appoint a dedicated team. He further said that the team has started its operations from Monday.
