Siddipet: Finance Minister T Harish Rao has called upon the residents of Siddipet to join hands with the municipal staff to transform the town into a Swachha Sididipet.
Addressing the citizens after flagging off the six new vehicles which were bought by Sididpet Municipality to collect the waste from door-to-door at Siddipet Municipal office on Thursday, the Minister said they have procured six new vehicles to meet the demand of fast expanding colonies.
Suggesting the citizens to make a visit to Siddipet Swachha Badi to learn how to convert the waste into energy, he has called upon the councillors and civic officials to guide the citizens to make a visit to Swachh Badi.
Municipal Chairperson K Manjula, Vice-chairman,Kanakaraju, Commissioner KV Ramana Chary and others were present.
