Siddipet: A 28-year-old married woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances at her residence in Vaddera Colony of Siddipet town in the early hours of Monday.
The victim was identified as Pallepu Swapna Lakshmi, wife of Pallepu Srinivas. According to One Town Inspector, the woman was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her house. He father, Sampangi Kanakaiah, suspects that she was murdered because of injuries on her neck.
In his complaint to the police, Kanakaiah alleged that his son-in-law killed her and was trying to project it as a suicide. The couple have a son and daughter. The police shifted the body to Government Hospital, Siddipet, for postmortem, and took up investigations.
