Singareni to provide Rs 1 lakh aid to Civil Services interviewees
Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) announced Rs.1 lakh financial assistance for Telangana candidates selected for Civil Services interviews under the second phase of the Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhaya Hastam scheme. SCCL CMD N Balram said the support would also cover those who missed applying earlier due to lack of information.
Peddapalli: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has decided to provide Rs. 1 lakh as financial assistance to candidates from Telangana, selected for the Civil Services interviews, under the second phase of Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhaya Hastam.
SCCL Chairman and Managing Director N Balram on Tuesday said several candidates had represented that they were unable to apply earlier due to lack of information, even though they were selected for the Civils interviews and requested inclusion for financial assistance. So, the company has decided to extend the financial assistance to them as well.

Eligible candidates have been requested to submit their applications and required details at the Hyderabad Singareni Bhavan by November 21.
He clarified that those who had earlier qualified for the Mains and already received the Rs. 1 lakh assistance should not reapply. Any other candidate from Telangana who has qualified for the interviews will also receive this financial support, he added.
