Those with fewer working days will receive the bonus on a pro-rata basis, and only workers who have completed at least 30 muster days during the financial year are eligible to receive it.

Singareni Chairman and Managing Director N Balaram announced that the Diwali bonus would be credited to workers’ bank accounts on Saturday.

On behalf of all the workers, he expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and the Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka for approving the bonus.

He also urged all employees to continue working with greater dedication to achieve the company’s production targets. Extending his Diwali greetings, Balaram advised employees to use the bonus wisely for family needs or to save it through government savings schemes.

This Diwali bonus applies exclusively to workers and not to officers.
