Smashers Sports Club clinch Sharvari Pabbaraju Memorial Junior Baseball title
Smashers Sports Club defeated Marredpally Playground 7-1 to win the Sharvari Pabbaraju Memorial Junior Baseball Tournament in Hyderabad. Ankush starred in the title-winning campaign and was named Most Valuable Player and Best Batter in the boys’ category.
Hyderabad: Smashers Sports Club won the Sharvari Pabbaraju memorial baseball tournament for juniors (boys and girls) at Marredpally Playground here on Saturday.
In the final, Smashers defeated Marredpallly Playground 7-1.
Mr. Srinivas Pabbaraju, former State baseball and softball player and husband of late Ms Sharvari Pabbaraju in whose memory the event was organised.
The result: Final: Smashers Sports Club 7 runs (Ankush, Neeraj 2 runs each, Pranay Shreyansh, Tarun 1 run each) bt Marredpally Play Ground 1 (Yeswta 1).
