SOAS MRU convocation highlights ICAR accreditation, AI in farming education
The 3rd Convocation of SOAS, Malla Reddy University, saw ICRISAT DG Dr. Himanshu Pathak emphasise food security, agricultural research, and sustainability. Founder‑Chairman Mallareddy and other dignitaries highlighted the institution’s ICAR accreditation and the growing role of AI in agricultural education.
Hyderabad: The 3rd Convocation, SOAS, MRU, had Dr. Himanshu Pathak, DG, ICRISAT, as chief guest who addressed the graduating students. He stressed the importance of food security, agricultural research, technology integration and sustainability.
Founder Chairman Mallareddy addressed the students saying the development of the agricultural course & college at MRU and the importance of agriculture and Al integration. He highlighted the development of agricultural education quality at SOAS, MRU and how it secured ICAR accreditation.
Dean, SOAS (School of Agricultural Sciences) Dr. A Raja Reddy thanked the stakeholders in the improvement of agricultural education at SOAS, Malla Reddy University. He reminded the students about the stage at which they had joined as students and how they are now going out after transforming into experts in agriculture.
