Late night crime reports from Hyderabad: Software engineer leaps to death in Madhapur, Youngster murdered in old city
Two crime incidents were reported in the early hours of Thursday in Hyderabad city. While a man leapt to death from 13th floor of his office in Madhapur, another youngster was stabbed to death in old city.
Hyderabad: A software engineer died by suicide after jumping from a building at Madhapur on Wednesday late evening.
The man, identified as Vanga Naveen Reddy (24), worked at a private company at Mindspace Madhapur. He reportedly jumped from the 13 th floor of his office building.
The police on information reached the spot and are trying to ascertain the reasons. A case is registered and investigation going on.
In another incident reported from the old city, an 18 year-old-man was murdered allegedly by some persons at Santoshnagar on Wednesday night. The victim Mohd Mohid , a resident of Santoshnagar was stabbed near Dargah Burhan e Shah.
He was rushed to a private hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. The police on information reached the spot and started investigation.
Tension prevailed for a while in the area after the relatives gathered and demanded the police initiate action against the culprits.
