Speeding car claims life of four-year-old in Hyderabad

A four-year-old boy from Abdullapurmet died after being run over by a speeding car while playing outside his house. The child was rushed to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Police have registered a case and taken the driver into custody.

Hyderabad: A four-year-old boy who was playing in front of his house was run over by a car.

According to the police, the child, Mekab Srikanth, a resident of Abdullapurmet, was playing with other children in front of his house when a speeding car ran over him. The boy suffered serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
