Speeding tipper mows down two engineering students in Hanamkonda

Two B Tech third-year students of SR Engineering College were killed after a speeding tipper hit their motorbike at Hasanparthy in Hanamkonda district on Friday. Police shifted the bodies to MGM Hospital mortuary and registered a case

Hanamkonda: Two engineering students were mowed down by a speeding tipper at Hasanparthy in the district on Friday.

The deceased, Supratika Akuthota (21) and Mohammed Akram (21) of Warangal, were travelling on a motorbike when the incident took place in the Peddacheruvu area. They were B Tech (EEE) third-year students at SR Engineering College.

On receiving information from the locals, the police reached the spot, shifted the bodies to the MGM Hospital mortuary and registered a case in connection with the incident.
