Hyderabad: Centuries by Aaron George (111, 69b, 19×4, 2×6) and Wafi Kachchhi (164 n.o., 152b, 22×4, 1×6) helped Hyderabad trounce Himachal Pradesh by 229 runs in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy (under-19) cricket championship fifth round match at Dehradun on Friday.
Batting first, Hyderabad scored 392 for four in 50 overs, and in reply, Himachal Pradesh folded up for 163 with Yashveer (four for 41) being the lead wicket-taker.
The scores: Hyderabad 392/4 in 50 overs (Aaron George 111, Wafi Kachchhi 164 no, R. Alankrith 50) bt Himachal Pradesh 163/10 in 32.4 overs (Aditya Kataria 35, Naunihal 30, Yashveer 4/41).

TCA names members on Governing Council
Hyderabad: The Telangana Cricket Association (TCA) has announced its newly elected Governing Council and Apex Council for the three-year term 2025–2028, marking a new era of inclusive and representative leadership across the State.
D.K. Aruna will preside the Governing Council as Chairperson, while Shri B.B. Patil has been elected as the President of TCA.
Dharam Guruva Reddy, the driving force and backbone of TCA, assumes the key role of General Secretary.
Dr. P. Vijay Chander Reddy has been elevated to Vice President from his earlier position as Treasurer, and Dr. Teegala Harinath Reddy takes charge as Treasurer, with Praveen Admala as Joint Secretary.
