SR University ranks among top 100 in NIRF engineering list 2025
SR University, Warangal, secured a spot in the top 100 of the NIRF 2025 engineering category, its fourth consecutive year in the list. The Chancellor said it was the only private university from Telangana to achieve this distinction
Warangal: SR University has secured a place in the top 100 list in the engineering category in the all-India rankings released by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025.
Speaking to the media here on Saturday, the university Chancellor A Varada Reddy said SR University has been listed among the top 100 institutions for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming its consistent academic excellence and commitment to quality education.
The university has been placed in the 101–150 rank band in the overall university category of the NIRF. SR University was the only private institution from Telangana to feature in the engineering category, he added.
Varada Reddy congratulated the faculty, staff and students for their efforts in achieving the feat. He said the university had created an innovative ecosystem on campus with SR Innovation Exchange (a Technology Business Incubator) and other research centres.
