Srujan Keerthan Solleti of Hyderabad won the 21st Chess Musketeers Open prize money tournament with a perfect score of five points from five rounds. He outwitted T. Raman Kumar in the final round to claim the winner's purse of Rs. 2,500

Hyderabad: Top-seeded Srujan Keerthan Solleti of Hyderabad won the 21st Chess Musketeers Open prize money chess tournament, scoring five points from five rounds.

In the final round, Srujan outwitted T Raman Kumar (4 points) to claim the winner’s purse of Rs. 2,500.


Final placings: 1. Srujan Keerthan, 2. T Raman Kumar, 3. K Rajesh, 4. D Rajkumar, 4. Sarat Kumar Nanda, 6. L Vijaykumar, 7. Ashissh Reddy, 8. R Rajkumar, 9. G Hemanth Eswar and 10. K Yashodarshan.
