SSC Public Exam results 2026 likely in first week of May

SSC Public Examination 2026 results are expected in the first week of May, according to the DGE. While major subject evaluations are complete, Social Studies scripts are under review. Over 5.16 lakh students appeared for the final examination.

Hyderabad: Results of the SSC Public Examinations 2026, which concluded with major subjects on Monday, will be declared in the first week of May. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) that holds the Class X exams has already concluded Telugu, Hindi, English and Mathematics answer scripts evaluation.

Evaluation of physical science and biology science answer scripts will be completed on or before April 16. The answer scripts of the social studies examination held on Monday will be evaluated from April 17 to 23.

The Directorate has already commenced the processing of results of subjects that have been evaluated. “If everything goes by the schedule, the results will be declared in the first week of May,” said the DGE sources.

Meanwhile, 5,18,297 students registered for the social studies examination and 5,16,915 appeared in 2,676 centres set up across the State.

The OSSC Main language paper-I and SSC vocational course examination will be held on April 15 and OSSC Main language paper-II is scheduled for April 16.
