The GHMC said the construction of grade separators at six major junctions around KBR Park would ensure the traffic moves without any hindrance across the identified cross roads. The junctions have been designed to ensure that the entire area will be conflict free and traffic can flow in an uninterrupted manner.

The traffic going clockwise will travel in a series of underpasses while traffic going counter clockwise will flow through a series of flyovers, the GHMC said adding that designs of rainwater retention structures were incorporated at underpasses to make sure these places do not become bottlenecks during monsoons.

The junction improvement initiative is to address the issue of heavy traffic flow across multiple junctions located near the KBR Park. The traffic flow is very high across here with work, business and commercial trips with roads connecting to software companies located at Madhapur, Hitech city, Gachibowli and Kondapur.
