Stone pelting at Allu Arjun’s house: Six miscreants produced before court on Monday

Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police, who arrested six miscreants in connection with damaging property and creating nuisance at actor Allu Arjun‘s house on Sunday, produced them in the court on Monday.

The matter was yet to be taken up by the court. As the arguments proceed in the court, it will be known if the miscreants have been remanded in judicial custody or granted bail by the court.

Those arrested include Kodangal Youth Congress president Reddy Srinivas, NSUI State leader Prem Kumar Goud.

A group of individuals claiming to be students of Osmania University JAC on Sunday barged into the house of actor Allu Arjun at Jubilee Hills and damaged flowerpots, holding him responsible for the death of a woman in the stampede at Sandhya theatre during the premier show of Pushpa 2.

Police had reached the spot and beefed up security outside the actor’s house. DCP (west) zone, SM Vijay Kumar, said six persons were taken in custody. “They all claim to be part of OU JAC and, on inquiry, they have claimed that they were trying to protest against the actor to ask him to help the family,” said the official.
